AJ Fernandez Last Call Maduro Chiquitas – Box of 25

The AJ Fernandez Last Call Maduro Chiquitas brings the distinctive character of the Last Call Maduro blend into one of the shortest formats in the collection.

At just 3½ inches long with a 50 ring gauge, the Chiquitas is designed for smokers who want a compact cigar that does not sacrifice flavor. Despite its small size, the blend delivers a substantial medium-to-full-bodied experience built around dark Maduro tobacco, roasted coffee, cocoa, pepper, sweetness, and earth.

The cigar comes in a box of 25, making it an excellent choice for regular smokers who enjoy keeping shorter premium cigars available in their humidor.

AJ Fernandez originally created the Last Call concept as a personal cigar for enjoying toward the end of the day. The Maduro version adds a darker expression with its Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro wrapper and Nicaraguan interior tobaccos.

Last Call Maduro by AJ Fernandez

The Last Call Maduro is one of AJ Fernandez’s recognizable blends.

The cigar combines a dark Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler. This combination produces the rich appearance and bold flavor associated with the blend. Current retailers classify the cigar as medium-full bodied and identify the Chiquitas as a 3½ x 50 Short Robusto.

The result is a compact cigar with plenty of character.

For shoppers searching for AJ Fernandez Maduro cigars, Last Call Maduro cigars, Nicaraguan cigars, or short Robustos, the Chiquitas gives them a very specific format to explore.

---

Last Call Maduro Chiquitas Size

The Chiquitas measures 3½ x 50.

That makes it one of the shortest formats in the Last Call Maduro collection.

The 50 ring gauge keeps the cigar substantial even though its length remains compact.

This combination works especially well when you want a premium cigar but have limited time available.

The short Robusto format also makes the Chiquitas convenient for:

• Coffee breaks
• Lunch breaks
• After-dinner smoking
• Evening relaxation
• Outdoor smoking
• Weekend sessions
• Cigar tastings
• Short cigar breaks

Current U.S. retailers consistently list the Chiquitas at 3½ x 50.

Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro Wrapper

The dark outer wrapper gives the Last Call Maduro Chiquitas its distinctive appearance.

The blend uses a Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, which contributes richness, dark sweetness, spice, and roasted tobacco character.

The wrapper works with the Nicaraguan binder and filler to produce a flavorful combination of:

Espresso · Cocoa · Maple · Pepper · Leather · Earth · Sweet Spice

Retailer tasting notes specifically mention roasted espresso, maple, sweet and spicy tones, coffee, leather, and cocoa.

---

Nicaraguan Binder and Filler

Under the Maduro wrapper, AJ Fernandez uses Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos.

Nicaraguan tobacco provides the foundation for the cigar’s body and intensity.

It also brings the earthy and spicy qualities that many experienced cigar smokers associate with premium Nicaraguan blends.

The combination of a dark Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper and Nicaraguan interior tobaccos creates a particularly rich flavor profile.

---

Medium-to-Full Bodied Strength

The Last Call Maduro Chiquitas sits in the medium-to-full-bodied range.

Don’t let the short length fool you.

The cigar delivers a substantial flavor profile despite measuring only 3½ inches.

The combination of Nicaraguan filler and the dark Maduro wrapper gives the Chiquitas plenty of body.

That makes it particularly suitable for experienced smokers who want an intense cigar in a compact format.

---

Small Format, Big Flavor

One of the biggest advantages of the Chiquitas is its size.

At 3½ x 50, it offers the substantial ring gauge of a larger cigar while keeping the overall length short.

This makes it an excellent choice when you want a premium cigar but don’t have time for a longer Toro or Churchill.

It can also work particularly well during colder weather when a shorter outdoor smoking session is preferable.

---

Last Call Maduro Chiquitas vs. Geniales

The Chiquitas and Geniales belong to the same Last Call Maduro family, but their sizes differ considerably.

Chiquitas

3½ x 50

The Chiquitas is shorter and more compact.

Geniales

4½ x 48

The Geniales provides a longer smoking format while using a slightly smaller ring gauge.

Choose the Chiquitas when you want:

• A very compact cigar
• A 50 ring gauge
• A shorter session
• Rich Maduro flavor
• Strong coffee and cocoa notes

Choose the Geniales when you prefer a longer format.

Both provide the signature Last Call Maduro character.

---

Last Call Maduro Chiquitas vs. Original Last Call

The Last Call Maduro differs from the original Last Call blend primarily through its darker wrapper.

The Maduro version uses a Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, while the original Last Call uses a different wrapper profile.

As a result, the Maduro version emphasizes darker flavors such as:

• Espresso
• Cocoa
• Maple
• Earth
• Roasted tobacco
• Pepper

If you prefer dark Maduro wrappers and richer flavors, the Last Call Maduro Chiquitas is the better choice.
